3D bone models segmented from CT: *.stl

Coordinates of bony landmarks (relative to 3D model coordinate system): *_landmarks.csv

Activity:
SA - scapular plane abduction (starting from adduction with the arm at the side, elbow extended, thumb forward/up)
WSA - weighted scapular plane abduction using a 5 lb handheld weight

Notes:
1. Pre-operative 3D bone models of rTSA subjects do not include implant components due to restricted access from manufacturers
2. Current version provides kinematic data for computing rotations. Translation data will be provided in a subsequent version.
3. Scapular landmarks - TS = trigonum spinae, IA = inferior angle, PA = posterolateral acromion (angulus acromialis)
4. Humerus landmarks - LT = lesser tuberosity, ProxShaft = centriod of the proximal end of the humeral shaft cylinder fit, DistShaft = centroi of the distal end of the humeral shaft cylinder fit as defined in: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34564010/
5. All quaternion data are provided relative to the torso coordinate system
6. Data were collected at 100 Hz, and are presented as every 3rd frame of tracking data (e.g., frame 345 = 3.45 seconds into the activity)
